1. You introduce us to your contacts at title companies you have a great relationship with. (as long as we are not already closing for them)
2. We start doing closings for them all over the Midwest (except for those you can personally cover for them). We will always honor and protect your relationship with your contacts. We are not interested in handling the closings you normally do for them.
3. We pay you a $5 commission on every closing we do for them. I know what you're thinking, "$5 isn't much", but you never know how many closings your current clients are doing all over the country. Now is your chance to cash in on the relationships you've worked hard to build. $5 per closing may not be much, but how much are you making on those closings now??
